ADNOX Off-Road Lucky Draw Contest | Rules, Terms & Conditions

1. ADNOX OFF-ROAD LUCKY DRAW

  • ADNOX Off-Road Contest is organized by Adnox Apparels.
  • The Lucky Draw is under these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by ADNOX.
  • By submitting an entry, the Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by the same.
  • ADNOX is initiating contactless e-coupon to support Kerala govt crush the curve campaign.
  • Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by ADNOX for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation.
  • Each winner is only entitled to win one prize, regardless of how many times their lucky draw coupons are picked. ADNOX shall be entitled to disregard the second and subsequent picks and re-pick a winner.
  • Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory taxes, duties or levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of free Prize, which shall be solely borne by the winners for all the Prizes.
  • The Terms & Conditions are subject to laws of India and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Kannur.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Lucky Draw is open to any individual who fulfils the following criteria:

  • A citizen or permanent resident of India, over the age of 18 years old.
  • Every purchase of ₹ 1999/- made from any ADNOX Store, physically or via online on adnoxfashion.com (including "Shop From Home" Orders via WhatsApp) during the "Promotion Period" mentioned below is entitled for the Lucky Draw.
  • Employees of ADNOX, their direct relatives and their group companies, affiliates or associate companies; are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in this Contest.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

  • Only purchases made during the Promotion Period are entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw provided that such purchases during the period starting 1st May 2021 to 30th Aug 2021 (Promotion Period).
  • ADNOX reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to suspend or extend the Submission Period for any reason at any time and without any liability. Any changes in dates will be communicated through SMS.

4. NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS

  • Winners will be notified through the contact details stated by the Participant in the purchase details and also published on Official Social Media handles of ADNOX.

  • Complementary - Gift Vouchers worth ₹ 1000 - 500 winners.

 6. ANNOUNCEMENT DATES

  • 3rd Prize Draw Date: 31st May, 2021.
  • 2nd Prize Draw Date: 26th July, 2021.
  • FINAL DRAW DATE: 31st AUGUST 2021

We may extend or postpone the contest and/or draw dates, in case of a lock-down on grounds of Covid-19 restrictions, or any unfavorable conditions for the business.
