Note: Due to Covid19 outbreak, considering the safety of our customers and staff, we are not accepting returns or exchange until 30th November 2020.

Usual Return Policy:

Please return your items in their original packaging, within 30 days from Order Date. Double-check that you've included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.

Contact Us vie email or phone to get the return process initiated.

Please wrap the returned products before handing them over to our courier partner.

We do not accept return of Boxers.

Once we receive all the products, we will check for the condition of the returned items. If there are any damage to the products, we will evaluate and deduct partial or whole amount of the order and refund an amount decided at our sole descretion, and issue a coupon code worth the bill amount, which can be redeemed on your next purchase on adnoxfashion.com.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order online at AdnoxFashion.com website or contact us via Email or WhatsApp, as long as you do so before your order is dispatched.

If it has already been dispatched, you can wait for it to arrive and then refuse to accept the delivery.

Please note, you can also cancel products you’ve bought during a sale.

Once you’ve cancelled a pre-paid order, you will get a voucher worth the order amount, on your registered email ID or mobile number, which you can use for any future purchase on AdnoxFashion.com within next 6 months.

Exchange

Once the return is received at our end, you will get credit note that can be used for another purchase. Place a new order equal to or greater than the initial order amount to redeem the credit.
