Duration for Returns & Exchanges:
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate returns or exchanges.
- Allow an additional 5-7 days for your returned product(s) to reach us.
- We offer reverse pick-up services with a Rs 100 deduction per order, not per item. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
Pick-Up Services:
- Two pick-up attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, you'll need to return the shipment to our address.
- Reverse Pick-Up availability depends on your area's pin code.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- You'll receive store credit within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup.
Return Condition:
- Please return products in their original condition. Worn or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
Processing and Refunds:
- Refunds may take up to 7 days to process and reflect in your bank account.
- Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders or online payments.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
